  ORGANIC APPLES

 
  • The Braeburn is an attractive, large apple. It has an unmistakable mild, bittersweet taste and juicy pulp.
  • The Cripps Pink (not illustrated) has a greenish-yellow basic colour that is almost three-quarters covered in a nice pink.The creamy-coloured pulp is very firm and juicy. It has a very nice fresh taste.
  • Royal Gala (not illustrated) is the red sort from the Gala family. Its appearance and crisp, sweet taste has made it popular all over the world.

    QUALITYNOTE
    Apples can be stored at a relative humidity of 90-95 % und temperatures between 0-3° C for 1-9 months. The storage period can be extended with ULO (Ultra Low Oxygen), with an oxygen value of below 1.3 % and carbon dioxide at 0.8-4.0 %.
