  ORGANIC PLUMS

 This generally round to oval, 3-6 cm stone fruit grows on trees that are up to 4 metres tall. The plums are yellow or red to blue and somewhat frosted. The pulp is soft, golden yellow or reddish.

QUALITYNOTE
The storability of plums is depends on the sort and the maturity of the fruit. Under normal cooling conditions, they can be kept for about 5 days at 1-3° C and a relative humidity of 90-92 %; under CA conditions (5-10 % oxygen and 2-5 % carbon dioxide) for up to 5 weeks.
